When will my images be available? Most graduation galleries are available within a few days after the ceremony. In some cases it can take up to 7 business days while we process photos and build the searchable database.

What if I cannot find my graduate? If you have not already done so, please fill out all the security search fields, including your graduate's student ID if you have one. If you still cannot find your graduate, please contact our customer support team — we will be happy to help!
