My 6th grader got her school pics through VIP photography... Pics came out nice n clear and were sent in a timely manner.. my package was missing an item.. I emailed the company.. and was emailed back within 24 hrs.. they recognized the mistake and sent it in the mail asap.. I received it in a few days.. I would definitely recommend this business 👍
