The health and safety of the students, athletes, and employees is a priority for us. As part of the global and community response to COVID-19, all photography appointments and events have been postponed until the states of Illinois and Wisconsin have lifted their stay at home orders. Our studio in Wheeling, IL is closed, as is our corporate office and lab in Cedarburg, WI.

We have several employees working remotely during this time to answer questions and respond to requests for information. These are truly unprecedented times we are living in. Please pardon us if our normal response time is delayed. We are grateful for the value you place on the portraits you order from us and the trust you've given VIP for 42 years.

Our entire team is looking forward to when we can begin photographing the students and athletes at all of the schools, leagues, and organizations we have partnered with.

Until then, here are answers to some of the key questions that we've been asked:

  1. How can I place my order while your offices are closed? Orders may still be placed online through our website. Search for your school, organization, or event on our home page to get started.
  2. Will I lose my money from my pay ahead spring sports order? All orders placed before picture day are securely stored in our system. When we reschedule your picture date, your order will be processed and completed at that time. If your school or organization chooses to cancel spring pictures, we will notify you about your options at that time.
  3. Are you still printing and delivering packages? At this time, all non-essential businesses have been ordered by the state of Wisconsin to be closed. This unfortunately means that all prints and products that have been ordered will be safely stored in our packaging area until we are able to re-open our Cedarburg office. Before closing, all surfaces in our office, lab, and studio have been sanitized.
